Foundation’s executive management team has developed strong relationships within the secondary markets (PE Firms, Insurance Companies and Large Financial Institutions) to allow each Broker and Correspondent greater access to the secondary markets, which they would not normally have. This allows for an unlimited number of products, pricing, and eligibility compared to our competitors that work off one rate sheet offering one set of products and programs. The best part, all the products and programs that Foundation offers, are all originated to one core set of guidelines.
Secondary market players often move ‘in and out of the market’ in terms of pricing. Perhaps they offer incentive volumes or may need to fill a security so they will significantly improve their pricing to increase volume. Instead of Foundation capitalizing on the additional spread over our margin, we pass those pricing incentives to the Brokers and Correspondents. Foundation has completely reengineered the thought process by placing the originator in control giving them unfettered access to some of the top players in the NonQM space.
Our PPE will return products and programs for the Brokers or Correspondent to choose the best terms based either on Pricing, Eligibility (FICO, LTV or Loan Amount) or Product (CES DSCR) thereby getting the best terms for their borrower’s. If a loan falls outside our competitors credit box it is denied, not at Foundation. We have the innate ability to close every good credit qualifying loan increasing your commissions and providing superior service to your. At Foundation, we put the originator in total control.
